LATE/TARDY POLICY

We will always try our best to accommodate you if you’re running behind, stuck in traffic, etc.  It happens, we know! However, your tardiness can affect the remainder of our  day by delaying the next clients' appointment time. there is a 15 min grace period, anytime after that you may have to reschedule.

 

NO SHOW POLICY

As no call no shows are not tolerated, a client who does not show to their appointment without noticed will not be  permitted to make any future appointments.

 

LATE CANCEL POLICY 

In order to be respectful of other clients needs, we require that you provide us a 24 hour notice if you will be cancelling your appointment. late cancellations will result in 25% of you reserved service.

 

ORDER POLICY

To ensure adequate processing time, please allow us 48 hours to begin processing your order.

 

SHIPPING POLICY

All items are shipped vie usps, and will take approx. 2-4 days for delivery. once our order is shipped , the tracking number will be provided to the email address associated with your order.

 

RETURNS/EXCHANGES

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO EXCEPTIONS. refunds are only given in extenuating circumstances.
